hm..

today i had a bowl of cereal (150 cals), yogurt (90), wrap (140), fibre bar (130), fish (90), potatoe (100), broccoli (40). which is a grand total of 600 cals.

fuck.

oh well. i'm going for a swim soon so maybe i'll burn them away.
fingers crossed. ?
